Use of special purpose S4 Crane duty, water-resistant motors from reputed brands such as ABB, Crompton, and Marathon

VVVF drives are used to eliminate swaying of loads and provide ultra smooth lifting and crane movements

Creep speed/micro inching is available for precision applications (such as CNC and auto moulds) and material handling of delicate items

Wire ropes used are of 6x36 steel/fiber core construction (Usha Martin make) with required breaking strength as required by IS 2266

Gearboxes are helical type and manufactured from high quality hardened EN-24 and EN-9 material for extra long life

Crane wheels are manufactured using hardened EN-9 material for extra long life and to handle wheel loads safely

Wire rope drums are manufactured in-house and threaded specially to achieve accurate fitting of wire rope

Hoists are manufactured in line with appropriate class of duty after understanding the client's industry and usage

Wireless remote is available for crane usage, which allows highly convenient crane operation. This is important because the operator does not have to run along the crane and can operate the crane from a distance, which is not possible with a wired remote control (pendant)
